Palliative Care Nurse - Community

Banksia provides palliative care services in the North-East region of Melbourne, covering the council areas of Banyule, Nillumbik and Whittlesea. We have a dynamic team of health professionals who together make a difference every day in the community we care for. Our team consists of motivated, passionate, experienced professionals. We are always looking for the right people to join our team – experience in palliative care is a significant advantage, however Banksia provides training and education as we focus on achieving our goal to meet the needs of every palliative patient in our region.

Administration Officer – Community Palliative care

We have undergone continuous growth over recent years and we are not finished yet! We are looking for a person who can help us to achieve our exciting goals! 

We want a motivated, passionate, experienced Administration Officer (with receptionist experience) to join our dynamic, cohesive and caring team – we are looking for the right person. Experience in a health setting will be an advantage, but it is not essential, however applicants should ensure they have a very clear understanding and knowledge of palliative care.

This is a part-time position – we are looking for someone to work 3-4 days/week at the office.

Social Worker – Support and Wellbeing Team

We are seeking applications for a part-time Social Work/Counsellor- someone who is highly motivated and passionate about their work. Obviously experience in Palliative Care is definitely an advantage, however not essential- we are looking for the right people to join our amazing team.  We are willing to train and educate as we focus on achieving our goal to meet the needs of every palliative client in our region.
